Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registration
will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be
made by the following methods:
- Bank Draft in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian bank
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express and Bankcard)#
- Personal or company cheque (Australian delegates only)***

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU CANNOT PAY BY BANK TRANSFER
Please note that debits to your credit card (excluding accommodation)
will appear as ICMS Australasia on your credit card statement.
# Note that if you are making a credit card payment from a country
outside Australia, for security reasons you are advised to first notify
your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to
allow the charge from Australia to go through for up to 48 hours (this
is due to the time difference between our countries).
International delegates paying by credit cards in some countries may
find their banks require clearance for a payment to Australia.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations received prior to 14 May 2007 will receive a full refund
less AUD $150 administration charge. Refunds for cancellations received
after 14 May 2007 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If
you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge.
Please advise the Congress Secretariat of the details of the substitute
delegate in writing. Please be aware that substitute delegates will
need to also apply for a visa.
Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Congress Organiser does
not accept responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay.
