The Officers of the Institute are the President, the President-Elect, the Immediate Past President, the Vice President for Professional Relations, the Vice President for Communications, the Secretary and Treasurer. The President, President-Elect and Immediate Past President hold office for two years. The other Officers hold office for four years. The Directors of the Institute hold office for four years.
The Officers and Directors are elected by the members of the Institute.
